XY-150 Core Drilling Rig
The XY-150 Core Drilling Rig is a lightweight, high-speed machine
equipped with hydraulic feeding. It is suitable for a variety of
applications, including general exploration and investigation of
solid mineral deposits, engineering geotectonic surveys, concrete
structure inspection holes, and more. The rig offers diamond drill
bits, alloy drill bits, and steel roller drill bits to accommodate
different geological structures. It is capable of drilling final
holes with diameters of 75mm and 46mm to depths of 150m and 180m,
respectively, with a maximum allowable hole diameter of 150mm.

efficiency and reduced labor intensity.
The rig features an upper spherical jaw holding mechanism and a
hexagonal drive drilling rod that can be replaced without shutting
down, ensuring high efficiency, safety, and reliability.
A hole bottom pressure gauge is mounted to indicate the pressure
and control the status inside the hole.
The compact structure, small volume, lightweight design, high
detachability, easy transportation, and suitability for operations
in both plain and mountainous areas.

Daily maintenance of drilling rig:
1, Regular inspection items for drilling rigs
1. Inspect the main structural condition, structural connection
bolts, structural connection pin shafts, welding seams of various
structural components, suspension basket structure, and safety
protection status of the drilling rig. Especially before entering
the site for use, qualified units should be invited to test its
safety performance. Only after passing the inspection can it be
used;
2. Regularly inspect the condition of various power heads, working
cylinders, drill bits, and drill rods;
3. Regularly inspect the anti wire rope detachment device of the
winch drum, as well as the height of the edges on both sides, the
condition of the drum wall, and the number of weeks the wire rope
tail is on the drum. Especially, the condition of the brake port
should be checked as a key item at any time;
4. The main inspection items for the electrical system include:
setting up dedicated electrical boxes and short-circuit protection
and leakage protection devices, emergency power-off switches, shock
absorption devices for electrical boxes, fixing cables on working
devices, lighting circuits, and grounding wires that are strictly
prohibited from being used as current carrying neutral wires;

1. Check the consolidation condition of the wire rope end;
The content of wire rope inspection includes: the number of safety
circles of the wire rope, the selection, installation, and
lubrication of the wire rope, defect inspection of the wire rope,
such as the diameter and wear of the wire rope, and the number of
broken wires in the wire rope;
2. Check the pulley system of the drilling rig at any time, with
the main inspection items being the condition of the pulley body
and the anti jump rope device of the transition pulley;
3. Check the walking system of the drilling rig at any time, with
the main inspection items being: the condition of the pile driver's
pipe, clamp and hook pipe system, and the laying of sleepers;
3, Make good maintenance records for the drilling rig, and keep
detailed records of the replaced parts to ensure that they are used
within their validity period or to keep track of the next
replacement time;
4, If any malfunction is detected in the drilling rig, the
operation should be stopped immediately and it should not be used
until the malfunction is resolved.
